Become a program partner.

VTSEA looks to partner with Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to deliver a diversity of vocational training including horticulture, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and hospitality to disadvantaged students in south-east Asia. Our  program has already begun with an alliance between Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne, Australia) and Hau Giang Community College (Vietnam) to roll out 'The Horticulture Course' in the Mekong delta.

To this end SUT have generously provided teaching resources and have allowed Stewart Detez to travel to Vietnam on several occasions to begin teaching an unaccredited horticulture course to students in Da Nang; and to meet with the heads of HGCC to evaluate the prospects of SUT rolling out the horticulture course from the HGCC campus in the Mekong delta.

The purpose of this meeting was to consider the possibility of teachers from SUT running a horticulture course from the campus of HGCC. On the back of this meeting the two universities signed an MOU endorsing their ambition to run an unaccredited horticulture course from HGCC in the future.
